Payment & Insurance
To ensure maximum privacy my clinic is a private-pay (cash-only) practice and is not in-network with any insurance plans. I do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide a detailed receipt ("superbill") that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Privacy and Confidentiality
All psychiatric and psychotherapy information is confidential and protected under HIPAA and applicable state law. Your notes are not sent to insurers. Information is not disclosed without written authorization except as permitted or required by law, including mandatory reporting or valid court orders. Psychotherapy notes are maintained separately and receive heightened legal protection.
Cancellation & Refunds
Appointments are reserved professional time. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full fee. Services are non-refundable once provided.
Emergency / Crisis Disclaimer
This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent mental health crises, go to your nearest emergency department and/or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Telehealth Location
Telehealth services are provided only to patients physically located in Missouri and Arkansas.
